Virtual Yin Yoga
Life can be hectic. Find some relaxation with a virtual Yin yoga practice from the comfort of your own home.
We’ll practice seated passive poses that work into our deeper connective tissue. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes allowing for longer lasting results. This is a great practice to improve flexibility, calm the mind, or to balance out a more active lifestyle.

Using a Vinyasa format with more focus on standing and heart opening postures to give you a powerful start to your day!
Yoga Nidra
The goal of this class is to help the student to willfully achieve a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage, or deep relaxation.

Summer Energy Boost - Ayurveda Workshop
